McCarrell Farms- Certified Grass-fed Organic Beef
We have been certified organic with Pro-Cert since 1999. Our grass-fed cattle are rotationally grazed through the fields May through December. They are fed dry and fermented hay during the winter months. No Grain. Being a completely closed herd, all animals are born, raised and fed on farm which allows for 100% traceability. The herd of red angus X cattle enjoy exceptional herd health. The rotational grazing of cattle is a regenerative farming practice which sequesters atmospheric carbon from the air into the soil. Our farming methods are good for you and good for the environment.
