Service Styles

We offer endless possibilities when it comes to catering your Wedding. Passed canapes with a signature cocktail to greet your guests during cocktail hour, or fun themed food stations managed by chefs that provide a bit of entertainment during the wedding and allow guests to mingle. On the other hand a sit-down Buffet dinner offers a more formal arrangement to the space and greater control over the timing of the event and when guests are served.

Wedding Buffet Catering Options

 All Buffets are served with Dinner Rolls & Butter, Cheese and Relish trays, Vegetable Trays, 3 Salads of choice, 2 Vegetables of choice, 1 Potato of choice, Gravy’s, condiments and 2 desserts of choice with fresh fruit trays.

Roast Beef Dinner  

Roasts are carved on the buffet line by our chefs to your guests liking. Served with house-made Au Jus & horseradish $35

Rosemary Baked Chicken

Chicken breast lightly breaded and pan fried to perfection with fresh rosemary oil. Finished in our ovens. *Gluten free option available upon request* $30

Honey Ham

Slow roasted ham basted in our signature glaze. Served with grandma’s homestyle honey mustard sauce $30

Harvest Stuffed Pork Loin

Stuffed with spinach, apples, onions, and goat cheese. Seared and roasted in our signature herb crust. Served with pan gravy. $35

Asparagus and Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Fresh tender asparagus in butterflied chicken thighs with a roasted red pepper cream cheese spread. Pan fried in panko bread crumbs. $35

 Maple Whiskey Salmon

Seasoned and pan seared pacific salmon. Glazed with our signature maple whiskey sauce. Cooked to perfection in our ovens. $38

 Sous Vide Lamb

Sous Vide herb crusted loin chops served on a bed of Australian Port tomato sauce $52

 Vegetarian / Vegan Entree Option

Stuffed Quinoa Roasted Red Pepper or Stuffed Quinoa Portobello Mushroom Sautéed vegetables accompanied by our homemade organic tomato sauce finished in the oven with quinoa, spinach and asiago cheese $35

*All meals will be made vegetarian unless otherwise requested for vegan*

Additional Entrée Options:

Add a second Entrée to your dinner for an additional $9.00 per guest

**Additional entrée choice(s) will reflect pricing - We do not split entrée choices. We make enough for all guests to enjoy all buffet options offered including entre choice(s)**

The Fine Print

Entrée Options: (priced per person, plus 13% HST & 15% Gratuity)

 Prices include disposable plate ware and Cutlery, Cups and Napkins. All set out on the Buffet table ready for service.

 If real plate ware is required, this will be rented at the customer’s expense.  We will be happy to help give references to help with this process.

 Table Setting- We can set tables at additional cost. Which can be discussed based on each event.  We do not supply linens, we are happy to point you in the right direction for all your needs.

 A dishwashing fee of $5.00 per person will be added to the final total for our staff to stay to clean all tables and wash dishes & put back in the rental containers for your event,. If you wish to have us clean rented dishes.

 Booking Deposit - $500.00 booking deposit will be taken upon booking to secure your date; at this time formal contract will be signed. Final numbers will be due 2 weeks prior to the event. Final Payment will be made 2 weeks prior to the event.
